Whoa! Look at these gorgeous new floating docks! The whole Southwest waterfront is currently (2019) being redeveloped. The development company owns the marina and rebuilt everything last year.

It's all a bit precarious for the liveaboard community. The developer could kick them out at any time and rent the slips to transients. But I think they understand that having all these boats here is part of the view from the new condos. No liveaboards, no boats, no view, no sales.
