Barry Woods' nearby farm airfield was the key to this whole trip. This is where Peter and Ron practiced and where Peter did his solo flight. Fallen Oak is too tight for training students. (Although Peter did land the trike at Fallen Oak with Ron in it when they returned from Woodridge.) In addition, when it came time for Peter and me to leave, I flew the trike out solo and landed at Woodridge. Ron drove Peter down there and the two of us left from there.

Barry's generosity made all this possible. He had the place beautifully mowed for us. I hear that Ron and Peter gave a good show for Barry's friends. I only wish I had taken a picture of the field from the air.
