That storm system wasn't done. At 3pm we got the longest, most intense rain I can recall. Jim warned us that the worst wind comes from the northwest, so we tied down the trikes in the lee of those arbor vitae trees. We brought in the radios, GPSs, and anything else portable. Fortunately, the wings act like awnings, so the seats were only damp, not sponges.

In the end, there wasn't much wind, the trikes were fine, and we enjoyed the storm from the shelter of Fallen Oak's spacious screen porch. There's no finer place to enjoy a storm than on a screen porch.
