The route across Maryland north of Baltimore is pretty dull. Too many subdivisions and forests, too few farms (read, emergency landing fields). I was glad to take a break here at the Fallston airport. I called Linda, just to tell her where her wandering husband had gone. I also called her because I was discovering how lonely it is just flying around over dull terrain.
